Where do you ship your products from?
We ship our items from Bali, Indonesia to worldwide with DHL Express.
I ordered a few days ago - how do I track my order?
We will provide a tracking number via email at least 2 days after we ship your order. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided by entering www.dhl.com.
How much is shipping?
All shipping cost is determined by our expedition agent, DHL Express.
When will my order ship?
We dispatch items within 48 hours after you place your order. If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday to Friday).
What happens if my order is not delivered or has gone missing?
In the case where DHL Express is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, or otherwise, Seminyak Leather Bali is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes). In addition to this, Seminyak Leather Bali is not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping merchandise to the customer - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any missing shipments once dispatched, however will do our best to assist you with locating your shipment. For any further delivery or shipment issues please contact our customer care team via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you to have this resolved where we can.
Do I have to pay importation costs and/or taxes on my shipment?
Please be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products and taxes etc., and our orders designated for shipment to countries outside of Indonesia, may be subject to import fees of which we have no control and are unable to provide estimates of as they differ widely from country to country. We cannot take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs to any country, as these costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Where you have concern regarding this, as your purchase amount is over the countries declared threshold, we recommend you contact your local Customs office for current charges before placing your order.
PRICES / PAYMENTS
How can I pay?
Our prices are in US$. You can pay with all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.), Paypal, or via bank transfer which detail will be submitted to you right after you place your order.
What kind of materials do you use for your goods?
We use only genuine cow, goat, sheep, and lamb leather sourced ethically and locally in Java, Indonesia.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We hope that you will be thrilled with your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defect item, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. You may return any damaged products to us within 7 days upon reception.

How do I submit a return and how is this processed?
Returns are to be submitted by contacting our customer service team via email: firstname.lastname@example.org for information regarding returns policy.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
Damaged products are eligible for exchange unless the product is out stock, we will gladly refund your purchase.
Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the day you report to our Customer Service team
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise
